Lasting Looks of Sarasota was founded in 2001 with a vision for beauty and skincare that felt more personal. A place where clients could feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options and receive care based on what was right for them, not simply what was trending.
Over the years, Lasting Looks has grown and evolved alongside its clients, expanding its services while staying true to that original philosophy. Today, the practice brings together nutritional skincare, advanced treatments, permanent makeup and restorative services through an approach that considers the whole person.

Mary and Tiffany bring decades of experience to Lasting Looks, along with a shared belief that great results begin with understanding the individual. Their approach combines knowledge, attention to detail and genuine care to create an experience that feels personal from the moment you walk through the door.
Mary McAndrews
OWNER · LICENSED PARAMEDICAL ESTHETICIAN · PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST
Mary’s career spans skincare, makeup artistry, education and permanent cosmetics. Before opening Lasting Looks in Sarasota in 2001, she worked with Estée Lauder in Las Vegas in education, product development and management, along with doing makeup for photography, modeling, television and live performances.
Today, Mary brings that depth of experience to every client interaction, combining technical knowledge with an artistic eye for results that feel polished, balanced and natural. Her specialties include nutritional skincare and restorative permanent makeup.
Tiffany Powers
LICENSED MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN
Tiffany brings more than 20 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, with extensive advanced education in skincare treatments, lasers and topical product ingredients.
After building her career in Colorado, Tiffany brought her experience to Sarasota and Lasting Looks. She has a keen eye for detail and believes the best care begins with listening, taking time to understand each client’s needs and helping them feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.
Her thoughtful approach and depth of skincare knowledge make her a natural extension of the personalized care Lasting Looks has been known for since its beginning.
