Pineapple Mango Chutney Recipe
1 cup fresh diced pineapple
1 cup diced fresh mango
¼ cup chopped red onion
½ red jalapeno pepper minced
Juice of one fresh lime.
Make 1 hour ahead and set in refrigerator. Serve over grilled salmon or as a fresher fruitier version of pineapple salsa
